IBM CRM for mid-size business graphic
IBM was looking for an interactive infographic to illustrate how investing in their current customer relationships can pay dividends to their bottom line. HarriganWorks was tasked with designing a graphic that maintains IBM brand equity and tells a bucketed and cohesive story. Our creative process started with culling down the data, sketching out the full graphic, and finally vectorizing the illustration. The project also included creating sharable, interactive twitter snippets throughout the graphic and sharable facebook tiles.
Time Warner Cable Untangled illustration
The largest amount of calls Time Warner Cable receives is for troubleshooting cable interference — everything in your apartment and in your city work on wavelengths that can cause interference with your cable box. Untangled, Time Warner Cable’s tech blog wanted an illustration to bring this idea to life. Time Warner Cable was very open to the use pushing the style of the illustration, letting us work in this very cartoony mid-century style.
Ogilvy Redworks data visualization
Redworks — a boutique agency inside Ogilvy — was looking for a clean graphic representation of their diverse offerings and employees. They also needed a way to educate clients about their distinct workflows for pricing and staffing. HarriganWorks designed this piece as a 3-panel barrel roll that could be handed out to clients or used as desk-drop.
Liquidnet stock market infographic
Liquidnet was looking for an infographic that told the history of the stock markets. They wanted to include: the Dow Jones industrial average, the major influences and changes on the market, key crashes or scandals, milestones, and then bear/bull market trends. HarriganWorks was able to incorporate all this data in a digestible and approachable manner.
IBM CRM 2012 infographic
This graphic was used as a presentation piece framing the larger conversation around IBM’s CRM offerings. The graphic is broken up into 4 distinct content buckets that were used to guide the audience through supporting literature. Each of the 4 content blocks are also used as a wayfinding device through an accompanying powerpoint presentation.
SCJohnson Baygon messaging matrix
Baygon was looking at how they could better interact with their customers in specific markets. Through the course of the project, they identified the messaging flow, from learning about a new product, to reinforcing the message to finally transitioning to sales. HarriganWorks crafted this graphic to show that story and it’s many influencers on that customer journey.
Barclays data visualizations
HarriganWorks worked on designing data visualizations with Barclays to specifically streamline their data and simplify how that could convey that visually. These are a series of chart templates we designed based on specific instrument types or data points they were trying to convey.
